Tire Recycling
Our Process
C3RS uses an ambient process in which waste tires are never treated with chemicals and are not heated, melted or burned to create our recycled content.
Our process allows for each tire component (Rubber, Steel and Fiber) to be individually bagged and shipped throughout the United States and the World to be reintroduced into our every day products as a raw component.
Our Recycling Efforts
Through our recycling efforts, C3RS prevents tens of thousands of tons of tire scrap from taking up valuable space and being wasted in our landfills each year.
Our facility offers a green alternative to a waste problem while providing steady jobs for the surrounding area, cheaper raw materials for manufactures around the world and reduces not only carbon emissions and air pollution but helps prevent hundreds of thousands of tires from becoming North America’s next tire dump.
Our Environmental Impact
We enable manufactures to eliminate thousands of tons of carbon emissions by reducing their energy costs in the products they manufacture through the use of our rubber crumb and steel.
By recycling just one truck load of tires a month, C3RS can reduce emissions by 225 Metric Tons or over 5300 million BTU in a single year.*
This is equivalent to:
- Over 40 Vehicles Annually
- 50 Households Annual Energy Consumption
- Up to 43,000 Gallons of Gasoline
