C3 Risk & Security Consulting LLC (“C3”, “we”) operates www.c3rs.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you submit a contact or consultation form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, title, organization, email address, phone number and a description of your request, along with the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you used. Form submissions are processed and stored by RunOhm, our website and customer-relationship service provider, and are also delivered to our email inbox so we can respond.
Booking a meeting
If you book a meeting through our scheduling link, the booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google collects the name, email address and any notes you provide, and sends calendar invitations and video-meeting links. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited. We do not use this information to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How we use information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct meetings, provide our services, and maintain business records. We use analytics information to improve the website.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and our business (such as RunOhm and Google), when required by law, or to protect our rights.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for business and legal records, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
